The organisers of the Zim Property and Business Investment Expo have confirmed a strategic partnership with Old Mutual Zimbabwe for the forthcoming investment event scheduled to take place on 6 September 2025 in Solihull, United Kingdom. The collaboration underscores the rising interest in Zimbabwe’s economic sectors among the diaspora community and reflects an increasing appetite for structured and credible investment channels.
The annual expo is positioned as a conduit for Zimbabweans living abroad to access verified investment opportunities across property, agriculture, mining, and other significant industries. In alignment with this objective, Old Mutual Zimbabwe’s subsidiary, the Central Africa Building Society (CABS), will introduce mortgage financing products tailored specifically for the diaspora market. These solutions aim to address the practical and financial challenges often faced by individuals seeking to invest in property within Zimbabwe.

The mortgage offerings from CABS are designed to provide secure and reliable financial frameworks, allowing Zimbabweans overseas to acquire residential or commercial property and, by extension, contribute to long-term economic development in the country. Such tailored financial instruments are expected to bolster confidence in cross-border investment and facilitate a structured approach to asset acquisition.
The expo will convene a diverse group of business leaders, policymakers, and potential investors for a programme of keynote addresses, panel discussions, and networking engagements. Participants will be able to gain insights into Zimbabwe’s current economic conditions, regulatory landscape, and sector-specific growth prospects, all within an environment conducive to knowledge exchange and business development.
The event is scheduled for the Village Hotel Solihull, The Green Business Park, Dog Kennel Lane, Shirley, Solihull, B90 4JG, United Kingdom, and will run from 10:00 to 17:00. For further information, interested parties can contact the organisers on +44 7770 171082.
