Sanu Gold, a company engaged in gold exploration, has reported promising discoveries in Guinea’s Siguiri Basin, a renowned area for its substantial gold reserves and active mining operations.
The company has identified significant gold mineralization during its exploration efforts across three exploration permits. Samples from various targets were meticulously analysed at internationally recognized laboratories in Bamako, Mali. Bureau Veritas Mineral Laboratories conducted analyses for samples from Target 2 using “Fire Assay FA450”, while samples from Targets 3, 4, and 7 were tested using “Fire Assay FAA505” at SGS Laboratory. Both laboratories are independent of Sanu Gold and are known for their commercial certification and rigorous testing protocols.
Dr. Serigne Dieng, Exploration Manager at Sanu Gold, oversaw the scientific and technical aspects of the exploration findings. His expertise, endorsed by the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, ensures compliance with standards set by National Instrument 43-101 for Mineral Projects.
Sanu Gold aims to uncover multi-million-ounce gold deposits within the Siguiri Basin. Initial drilling at Bantabaye and Daina has yielded high-grade gold mineralization, showcasing the company’s commitment to exploration and potential resource development in West Africa.
Led by a seasoned team with a successful track record in the region, Sanu Gold continues to advance its exploration activities, contributing to Guinea’s prominence in the global gold mining sector.
