Fans of the South African Amapiano sensation, Boohle, will face an extended wait to see the rising star perform on the international stage, as her much-anticipated European tour has encountered a delay. Originally scheduled to take place at the Frannz Club in Berlin on 31st August, the show has now been rescheduled to 10th December 2024, following unforeseen visa processing delays.
Buhlebevangeli Hlengiwe Manyathi, known to her global fanbase simply as Boohle, took to Instagram to confirm the news, expressing her regret over the postponement while reassuring her followers that all previously purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date.
In her statement, Boohle noted, “Due to unforeseen delays with visa processing, Boohle’s concert on 31st August at Frannz Club Berlin has been rescheduled to 10th December 2024. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.”
Boohle’s rise in the international Amapiano scene has been meteoric, following the success of her recent album, Umhlobo, which was released in June to critical acclaim. The postponement, though disappointing, has not dampened the artist’s enthusiasm for sharing her work with a wider audience. The December show will mark her first international headlining performance, a significant milestone for the “Hamba Wena” hitmaker.
Fans can take solace in Boohle’s assurances that the Berlin concert will be worth the wait. “The good news: All tickets will remain valid for the new date, and we look forward to delivering an incredible show for you in December,” she added in her announcement.
The rescheduled tour follows a series of professional milestones for the artist, who continues to push the boundaries of Amapiano. This delay, albeit unfortunate, has only heightened anticipation for what promises to be a show of considerable magnitude.
