Luxurious Marble Circus Returns With Its Most Immersive Edition Yet

The Luxurious Marble Circus is set to return for its third edition this September, promising an even more immersive celebration of food, music, fashion and theatrical entertainment as organisers unveil a new theme designed to transform the festival experience.

Taking place at Ground The Venue in Muldersdrift on 26 and 27 September 2026, the festival will once again bring together some of South Africa’s leading culinary talent, international and local music acts, interactive brand experiences and elaborate stage productions in what has become one of the country’s most distinctive lifestyle events.

Following two sold out editions, this year’s festival is built around the theme Evophoria, a concept that combines evolution and euphoria to create an experience centred on discovery, creativity and celebration.

“Luxurious Marble Circus has always been designed to transport people into something out of the ordinary, but this year we wanted to give that feeling a name,” said Nathan Reddy, Founder and Chairman of Grid Worldwide.

“Evophoria captures the metamorphosis that happens when flavour, atmosphere, music, joy and people come together in a way that feels almost impossible to describe. Every moment has been specially created with that feeling in mind.”

Created through a partnership between Investec, The Marble Group, The Goosebumps Company and Grid Worldwide, the festival blends fine dining with live entertainment, fashion, theatre and immersive installations, offering guests a weekend that extends well beyond a traditional music festival.

Food remains one of the event’s defining attractions. Chef David Higgs and The Marble Group have expanded the culinary offering across the festival grounds, with new menus designed to complement each experience. Festivalgoers can expect an enlarged Pantry’s Playground featuring artisan pastries, street food and relaxed outdoor dining, while premium hospitality areas including The Grand Dining Room and Royal Lounge will offer refined menus alongside dedicated lounge service.

A new addition for 2026 is the Imperial Terrace, inspired by Zioux, which will feature Asian inspired cuisine, signature cocktails and elevated views overlooking the main stage.

The entertainment programme will once again bring together internationally acclaimed performers and some of South Africa’s biggest artists. Saturday’s line up will be headlined by Belgian electronic music star Lost Frequencies alongside South African DJ and producer Shimza. Australian artist Sxncello, Abby Nurock and DBN Gogo are also set to perform.

Sunday shifts towards Afro house, Afro tech, soulful house and amapiano, with performances from Shimza, DJ Kent, Chronical Deep, Scorpion Kings, Dlala Thukzin and Dwson among the artists taking to the stage.

Beyond the music, organisers say visitors can expect elaborate theatrical performances, interactive installations, roaming performers and immersive brand activations designed to encourage exploration throughout the festival grounds.

The new Emporium festival store will also make its debut, offering fashion and lifestyle collections inspired by the event, while returning and new brand partners have been encouraged to create imaginative experiences that become part of the festival’s storytelling.

The event also continues its social impact programme through the LMC Legacy initiative, which supports projects focused on food security, fashion, creativity and sustainability. Organisers say beneficiaries remain integrated into the festival experience, reinforcing its commitment to creating a legacy beyond entertainment.

As anticipation builds for the September event, The Luxurious Marble Circus is positioning itself as more than a festival, offering a carefully curated blend of gastronomy, performance, design and music that continues to redefine luxury entertainment in South Africa.
