Africa Collective Makes Strides Towards WEF Davos 2024 at Key South African Events

Africa Collective, a pan-African investment and advisory firm, recently participated in two major events in South Africa – the South African Investment Conference 2023 and the African Continental Free Trade Area Business Forum. These events provided a valuable platform for the company to connect with key partners and stakeholders from across the African continent and ramp up efforts for the World Economic Forum (WEF) Davos 2024.

The South African Investment Conference 2023 was held in Johannesburg on April 13th and brought together senior executives from the largest South African and international companies based in the country. This event provided Africa Collective with an opportunity to meet with key partners and explore potential investment opportunities in the region.

Following the investment conference, Africa Collective attended the first-ever African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Business Forum organized by the AfCFTA Secretariat in Cape Town from April 16th to 18th. This event brought together more than 1000 participants from across the African continent and provided a platform for the company to connect with pan-African and global stakeholders. During the event, the team also participated in a healthcare focused event organized on the sidelines of the AfCFTA Business Forum by the Swiss-African Business Circle.

The Africa Collective team used these events to ramp up efforts towards the WEF Davos 2024. The World Economic Forum is an annual event that brings together political and business leaders from around the world to discuss global issues and shape the agenda for the coming year. The event provides a valuable platform for African businesses to showcase their potential to a global audience.

The team’s next stop will be the Africa CEO Forum in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, in June 2023. The Africa CEO Forum is a leading conference for African business leaders, providing a platform for networking and discussion on key issues facing the continent.

Africa Collective’s participation in these events highlights its commitment to driving investment and growth across the African continent. The company is well-positioned to support businesses looking to expand in Africa, with its extensive network of partners and expertise in navigating the complex regulatory and economic landscape in the region.

Africa Collective’s participation in the South African Investment Conference 2023 and the African Continental Free Trade Area Business Forum has been a crucial step towards its goal of showcasing Africa’s potential at the World Economic Forum in Davos 2024. The team’s attendance at these events has enabled it to connect with key stakeholders and partners and explore potential investment opportunities in the region. With the Africa CEO Forum on the horizon, Africa Collective continues to make strides towards driving investment and growth across the African continent.
