Seeff Zimbabwe to Showcase Property Investment Opportunities at UK-Zimbabwe Business Expo 2024

Seeff Zimbabwe, a prominent estate agency with a significant presence in Zimbabwe, will be participating in the upcoming UK-Zimbabwe Business Expo 2024. The event is scheduled to take place on 5 October 2024 at the Bethel Convention Centre in Birmingham.

Incorporated in 2018, Seeff Zimbabwe operates under the aegis of Linkgate Investments (Pvt) Ltd and has established itself as a key player in Zimbabwe’s real estate sector. The company, which is registered with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe and the Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe, has its head office at 176 Enterprise Road, Highlands, Harare, with additional branches in Borrowdale and The Legacy, Harare.

As part of its commitment to expanding its international footprint and exploring new investment avenues, Seeff Zimbabwe will leverage the UK-Zimbabwe Business Expo to present the dynamic opportunities within Zimbabwe’s property market to a global audience. With over half a century of heritage in Southern Africa, Seeff brings extensive experience in residential, commercial, and industrial property sectors.

The Expo will provide Seeff Zimbabwe with a platform to engage with UK-based investors and industry stakeholders, showcasing Zimbabwe’s potential as a lucrative investment destination despite the current market challenges. The company’s participation underscores its strategic focus on facilitating investment in Zimbabwe’s real estate sector, which has historically attracted interest from international investors, including those from South Africa, Mozambique, Nigeria, and China.

Seeff Zimbabwe’s Principal, Patience Patongamwoyo, has highlighted the growing interest in the Zimbabwean property market, noting the country’s ongoing economic adjustments and the potential for normalisation and growth. She remarked on the current market dynamics, including high demand and a corresponding low supply, particularly in high-density and medium-density areas.

The UK-Zimbabwe Business Expo 2024 promises to be an influential event, gathering business leaders, policymakers, and investors from both Zimbabwe and the UK. Seeff Zimbabwe’s involvement aims to bridge connections with potential investors and showcase the viability of Zimbabwean real estate as a sound investment opportunity.

Seeff Zimbabwe’s exhibition will cover a range of property types, from residential to commercial and industrial properties, reflecting the diverse opportunities available in Zimbabwe’s evolving market. The company anticipates that its participation will facilitate meaningful discussions and foster strategic partnerships that will benefit the Zimbabwean property sector and its international investors.
