In an effort to highlight and promote the innovative strides being made by African start-ups towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), The Southern African Times is proud to announce the launch of Africa Start-Up Tuesday. This new initiative aims to showcase emerging companies across the continent that are dedicated to addressing pressing challenges and improving the overall well-being of communities.

In the inaugural edition of Africa Start-Up Tuesday, we feature a selection of forward-thinking companies that are making significant strides in various sectors aligned with the SDGs:

6. Community Self-Service Enablement Solutions
- CommunityHub: CommunityHub is a Kenyan start-up that develops digital platforms for community self-service, ranging from local governance to resource allocation. By empowering communities to take control of their development, CommunityHub aligns with SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.
